Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or refund if:
- The product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- You contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
Please note: Customized products (such as personalized team jerseys or name-printed jackets) cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, email support@sigmasports.com with your order number, contact details, and clear photos of the product issue. Our team will review your case and provide return instructions.
Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days and credited back to your original payment method.
Exchange Policy
Currently, we do not offer size or preference exchanges. We encourage customers to refer to our detailed size charts before ordering to ensure the best fit.
