How Much Do Custom Football Uniforms Cost? (2026 Team Pricing Guide)
If you’re a coach, athletic director or team parent pricing out new football uniforms, the first question is always the same: how much will this cost per player? Here’s a straight answer, based on how we price custom football uniforms at Sigma Sports 21, plus the things that push the price up or down.
Our custom football uniform pricing (jersey + pants)
- 10–20 sets: $49 per set
- 21–30 sets: $47 per set
- 31–50 sets: $45 per set
- 50+ sets: custom bulk quote
Each set is a fully custom sublimated jersey and matching pants in your team colors, with your logo, player names and numbers. You can see current styles on our custom football uniforms page.
What affects the price of football uniforms?
1. Quantity
The more sets you order at once, the lower the price per set. Ordering for your whole program (varsity, JV and youth teams) in one batch usually saves more than ordering team by team.
2. Decoration method
Sublimation prints your design directly into the fabric, so colors, logos, names and numbers won’t crack or peel, and complex designs don’t cost extra. Stitched (tackle twill) numbers and letters take more labor and usually cost more.
3. What’s included
Check whether a quote is jersey only or jersey + pants, and whether names and numbers are included. Our set pricing above covers both pieces.
4. Shipping
We ship to all 50 states. Orders of $300 or more get free shipping and 10% off; smaller orders ship for a flat $49.
5. Add-ons
Many teams add coaches polos, warm-ups, hoodies, arm sleeves or team bags. Bundling them in the same order keeps your look consistent and helps you reach the free-shipping threshold.
How to keep your uniform budget under control
- Collect sizes early so you can order everything in one batch.
- Order a few extra sets for new players joining mid-season.
- Let parents pay for spirit wear themselves through an online team store, so your budget only covers game uniforms.
